McNeal & White Contractors Inc. has been in business since 1999. The business is co-owned by J.R. McNeal and Marc White and combined; they have over 30 year’s construction experience. In addition we have our certified general contractors license. Our core business is shell construction, which is providing labor and materials for the construction of slab, block and frame for residential single family and multi-family housing. However, we also handle commercial buildings and the complete construction of homes.
